Ecu Brief

Penning uit een Ecu-brief : Een enveloppe met speciale postzegel en stempel, die betrekking hebben op het onderwerp van de penning. In deze enveloppe zit een houder voor de penning.
Alle penningen zijn geslagen in medailleslag, maar er bestaan ook uitvoeringen in muntslag.
De penningen zijn ook uitgegeven in zilver proof, zonder enveloppe.
